We will acknowledge law enforcement requests within twenty-four (24) hours and provide requested records as required by applicable law. For emergency requests involving imminent danger to life, please clearly mark the subject line as "EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST" and include a direct callback number.
Note: All law enforcement requests are logged and reviewed by legal counsel. We will provide notice to affected users unless legally prohibited from doing so (e.g., by a non-disclosure order).
