All visual content appearing on the website bunniesnextdoor.com (the "Website"), operated by BunniesNextDoor LLC (the "Company"), that depicts actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A) is subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the regulations promulgated thereunder at 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

The Company is in full compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all content produced by or for the Company. The Company maintains all records required by Section 2257 and its implementing regulations with respect to visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct produced by the Company.

All performers appearing in visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct on this Website were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the creation of such depictions. Proof of age for each performer is maintained by the designated Custodian of Records identified below.

2. Custodian of Records

The Custodian of Records is responsible for the maintenance, organization, and inspection readiness of all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. 4.1 Record Storage

Physical records (where maintained) are stored in locked, fireproof filing systems. Backup copies of all digital records are maintained in geographically separate secure locations to ensure continuity and availability.

4.2 Inspection Availability

In accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.4, records are available for inspection by the Attorney General of the United States or his or her designee at the address of the Custodian of Records during the following regular business hours:

The Company employs a rigorous, multi-step age and identity verification process for all individuals who create or appear in adult content on the Website:

1. Document Submission: Each performer is required to submit a clear, legible, color photograph or scan of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification document. 6. Record Retention

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are retained for the following periods:

• During Content Availability: Records are maintained for the entire period during which any content depicting the performer remains available on the Website or through any distribution channel controlled by the Company.
• Post-Removal Retention: Following the removal of all content depicting a performer from the Website, records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date the last piece of content was removed or the last date of publication, whichever is later.

Content Creators who upload content depicting actual sexually explicit conduct are considered the primary producers of that content under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Each Content Creator is individually responsible for maintaining their own 2257-compliant records as primary producers.

7.2 Company Obligations as Secondary Producer

To the extent the Company is deemed a secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 by virtue of hosting, distributing, or making user-generated content available through the Website, the Company:

• Requires all Content Creators to complete full identity and age verification through the Company's verification process before any content may be uploaded.
• Maintains records of each Content Creator's identity, including copies of government-issued identification, date of birth, legal name, and all aliases, in the same manner as records maintained for performers in Company-produced content.
• Requires Content Creators to certify that all individuals depicted in their uploaded content are at least 18 years of age and that they maintain 2257-compliant records for all depicted performers.
• Maintains cross-reference records linking each Content Creator to the content they have uploaded to the Website.
• Reserves the right to request and review the primary producer's 2257 records at any time and to remove content for which adequate records cannot be verified.

7.3 Content Review

All content uploaded to the Website is subject to review to verify that associated 2257 records are on file prior to publication. Content for which adequate records are not available or cannot be verified will not be made publicly available on the Website.

8. Exemptions

Certain content available on the Website may be exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, including but not limited to:

• Content that does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A).

Any employee, contractor, or Content Creator who is found to have falsified, destroyed, tampered with, or otherwise compromised 2257 records will be immediately removed from the platform and reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
