The Company is in full compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all content produced by or for the Company. The Company maintains all records required by Section 2257 and its implementing regulations with respect to visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct produced by the Company.

All performers appearing in visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct on this Website were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the creation of such depictions. Proof of age for each performer is maintained by the designated Custodian of Records identified below.

Email: legal@bunniesnextdoor.com

The Custodian of Records is responsible for the maintenance, organization, and inspection readiness of all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The designated Custodian has been appointed by the Company and is familiar with the record-keeping requirements and obligations imposed by federal law.

3. Records Maintained

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the following records are maintained for each performer depicted in visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct:

4. Record Location and Inspection

4.1 Record Storage

All records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained at the address of the Custodian of Records identified in Section 2 above. Records are stored in a physically secure, locked facility with restricted access limited to the designated Custodian and authorized personnel.

Digital copies of records are stored in encrypted form using AES-256 encryption on secure, access-controlled systems with audit logging enabled. Physical records (where maintained) are stored in locked, fireproof filing systems. Backup copies of all digital records are maintained in geographically separate secure locations to ensure continuity and availability.

4.2 Inspection Availability

In accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.4, records are available for inspection by the Attorney General of the United States or his or her designee at the address of the Custodian of Records during the following regular business hours:

Inspection Hours:
Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time
(Excluding Federal holidays)

Inspections shall be conducted with reasonable notice to the Custodian where practicable. The Custodian will make records available in an organized, indexed manner that allows efficient review of the requested materials.

4.3 Requesting an Inspection

Authorized representatives of the Attorney General may arrange an inspection by contacting the Custodian of Records:

All inspection requests should include: (a) the name and title of the requesting individual; (b) the federal agency or office represented; (c) the purpose of the inspection; and (d) the preferred date and time for the inspection. While advance notice is requested for administrative convenience, it is not a precondition for inspection during posted business hours.

5. Age Verification Process

The Company employs a rigorous, multi-step age and identity verification process for all individuals who create or appear in adult content on the Website:

  1. Document Submission: Each performer is required to submit a clear, legible, color photograph or scan of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include: a valid passport (any country), a driver's license (any U.S. state or equivalent international document), or a national or state identification card. The document must clearly display the performer's photograph, full legal name, and date of birth.
  2. Biometric Verification: The performer must submit a live selfie photograph taken at the time of the verification process. This photograph is compared against the image on the submitted identification document using automated facial recognition technology and, where required, manual human review, to confirm the performer's identity.
  3. Age Confirmation: The date of birth displayed on the identification document is verified to confirm that the performer was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of content production. Content from any performer whose age cannot be positively verified will not be published on the Website.
  4. Alias Collection: All names, aliases, stage names, and usernames used or intended to be used by the performer in connection with the Website are documented and cross-referenced with the performer's legal identity records.
  5. Record Filing: Upon successful verification, the performer's records are filed by the Custodian of Records in the organized record-keeping system, cross-referencing the performer's legal name, all aliases, identification document copies, and the content associated with the performer.
  6. Periodic Re-verification: The Company may require periodic re-verification of a performer's identity, including updated identification documents, to ensure the continued accuracy and validity of records maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

6. Record Retention

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are retained for the following periods:

At no time will records be destroyed prior to the expiration of the applicable retention period. Destruction of records after the retention period is conducted securely (cross-cut shredding for physical documents, cryptographic erasure for digital records) with a certificate of destruction maintained for audit purposes.

7. Third-Party and User-Generated Content

The Website may host content uploaded by independent Content Creators who are not employees of the Company. With respect to such user-generated content:

7.1 Primary Producer Responsibility

Content Creators who upload content depicting actual sexually explicit conduct are considered the primary producers of that content under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Each Content Creator is individually responsible for maintaining their own 2257-compliant records as primary producers.

7.2 Company Obligations as Secondary Producer

To the extent the Company is deemed a secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 by virtue of hosting, distributing, or making user-generated content available through the Website, the Company:

7.3 Content Review

All content uploaded to the Website is subject to review to verify that associated 2257 records are on file prior to publication. Content for which adequate records are not available or cannot be verified will not be made publicly available on the Website.

Certain content available on the Website may be exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, including but not limited to:

Where the Company determines that specific content may be exempt from 2257 requirements, the Company nonetheless maintains identity verification records for all performers as a matter of best practice and platform policy, regardless of any potential exemption.

Part 75 may result in criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment. The Company takes its compliance obligations seriously and has implemented comprehensive policies, procedures, and systems to ensure ongoing compliance.
